Now Thats What I Call Qatar 71: The Next Tiger Woods...

All,

In the continuing evolution of my self and my life, I have joined the Marriott gym to improve a health and social life, I went for the first time today, it was awesome, the pool wasnt freezing but warm when you went in, and the jacuzzi was really enjoyable, I havent been in one for ages. Im not sure about the steam rooms, generally it makes me feel really uncomfortable,I know its supposed to be good for you but i just feel so off... Then come the most crazy aspect of the gym the cold plunge, it was freaking freezing, unbelievable, I just cant believe those people in the Russia who go swimming in ice pools, you jump in and everything just starts attacking u, unbelievable....

Also I have signed up for some extremely expensive golf lessons, i will hopefully pick up the basics, its the ultimate coporate tool, and everyone knows it, however i also think its quite a relaxing sport and different to footy so provides a nice contrast to my life...

Finally I jus heard Utd have almost signed two new players, at least in principle, and will add some much needed colour in the team :P! only joshin!

Now that's What I call Qatar 70: Innuendo

I was pointed out by some of my readers the coincidence of my last post, with it being 69 and me talking bout SEXism, hahaha! some people, well they just never grow up!

However these types of Innuendos occur all the time, and more often than not there funny, but sometimes it causes people real discomfort.

The reason im talking bout this, is because a collegue of mine has just moved here and is finding it hard to fit in, and often it is sometimes its hard to make approprite jokes to people, like for some people they will love sexual innuendos whilst others hate it, or racist humour whilst others hate it...

Its often hard to find what people can accept when you meet them for the first time, that is why being tolerant and knowledgable about people is the best way to settle into anywhere you go. I have traveled but not a huge amount but if you are tolerant and knowledgeable i have found more often than not you can land on your feet!

Pretty random things to speak about but its been on my mind!

Now Thats What I Call Qatar 69: Sexism

I have wondered often about how in this world sexism affects us, in some ways im in favor of it, and in other ways im against it. Ill give some examples of where I think it can change or stay the same...

I mean in the work place, it if often you see men with the top jobs and you see women with the administer or secretarial jobs, however I feel there is no reason for this to happen and often in work when you do have a manager who is a women you do notice they can come in two varieties, one which is super macho to make up for the oestragen, and the really sensitive/nice ones, who in my opinon make a really good manager and make a good contrast to usual managers...

Sexism also occurs in our attitudes to life,where its ok for women to do certain things like be a housewife but its not ok for a man to be a househusband, its really upsetting how people arent free to live there lives in ways they want.

Its ok for a guy to be with as many girls as possible but if a girl does shes a hoe, if a guy smokes weed its cool if the girl does it its skanky...the list goes on, i mean if my son and daughter did it, i guess i would take the prejucidice of it, and be ok with my son and not so with my daughter, i dont know why but i guess we will always have those prejudices. However when it comes to others like my friends, i dont view my female friends who are off with guys as hoes, or anything like that, and if i have done something who am i to view it as bad on another person and even when I havent done it, i shouldnt look down...but its all too tempting and you need strong will to not become so judgemental...

Sexism will always be around, and as a guy im often going to have sexism in my favour, and in my selfish nature i love it!

I know its a pretty random topic but i been thinking about it alot, and just have become so aware of it with work and with my social life..

Ok guys, I have to admit im pretty bummed with life, well not life, as its odd to be honest, as my life is actually quite good masallah, however with the whole parents thing and Shamina, its jus getting ridiculous, i have to put a face of happiness on the world whilst inside im full of horrible dilemmas, which very little people understand, and the slightest wrong move in these situations could be decisions you later regret for the rest of your life, its disgusting the feeling the regret that you make one move tthis way, or one move that way, you dont know the consequence of your choices, until its often to late...

I havent been to specfic and I dont intend to be except my mind is really confused with everything....

Well well, where indeed is stormy, many of u have been emailing!

Well i appoligize for my absense and will be making it up shortly, i havent been up to much except working my tiny in my eyes yet rather large to the other humans eye ass off!

I have a friend visiting me in Doha, Matt Khallumadi ( i spelt his name wrong on purpose :P) aneway pretty cool, as hes my 1st friend to come out here, and so is nice him meeting all my new collegues and friends, its pretty late now, but i will post on sunday inshallah.

Now Thats What I Call Qatar 65: FPL

Now I know alot of my blogs are football centric and for many of you thats boring, however I cannot make appologizes for it, as football truly is a big part of my life! I love playing, watching it on tv, watching it live just amazing! Im watching chelsea vs man utd, with their second teams, its actually a good game, not so much technically but fiesty, and their has been a load of yellow cards and almost reds...



Aneway Fantasy premier league is like my herorin/cocaine call it wot u want im addicited, i would ring Bilal or Asaker or Baqer or Fern or James or anyone really and find out how my teams are doing, when i watch the games here in Qatar i would be watching it with the computer next to me to see how I am doing, i know how sad this might make me seem, but its the truth im a addict i jus love it!
It all stems from my pre-teen days at the Championship manager camp, wheree I would spend about 20 hours of the day at the computer playing a game for weeks to months on end, and I would treat it like a science, it was unbelievable the dedication I had and I have carried that forward to FPL now, and im not ashmed of it, I jus love it!

Aneway i best go and pack, I will let u know where i finish up in the league!

Now Thats What I Call Qatar 64: CHAMPIONES!!

Da u have it, Champions of England, and though we aint gig to be champions of europe, i can take it this year! We are two short of Liverpools record of 18 championships, however I think in the next 3 years or so will equal their record...

We defintiely have the foundations in place, Edwin can be replaced by Ben Foster, and the rest of the team is good for the next 2-3 years or so, with hopefully Gerad Pique and Guisepe Rossi coming through the future is bright the future is RED!!


Aneway i been fairly absent in the last week,however will be updating a couple times before i fly off to england, this thursday! where im doubting ill be able to update my amazing blog that much!!
